For over five decades, Miller Legg has designed dozens of community and land development projects, encompassing master planning and site design through construction. We understand the complexities of developing large and small-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use and residential parcels. Our designs incorporate the flavor of the surrounding community and aesthetics of the area.
Community sector projects range from both large and small square footage mixed-use town centers and large planned unit development tracts encompassing hundreds of single-family and multi-family homes, to retail outparcels and open spaces and greenways associated with these developments.
