Our significant transportation experience encompasses not only roadway and highway sectors, but also aviation, port and rail as well.

Miller Legg’s transportation and traffic engineering services provide clients solutions on projects ranging from complete streets, municipal streetscape improvements and lane elimination studies to FDOT roadway design, traffic studies, lighting and signalization improvements. Our aviation sector experience includes coordination with aviation authorities on more than 60 air and land side projects for international airports as well as regional and local executive airports. Port sector experience includes engineering design, surveying, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), and environmental consulting on major Florida ports including Port Miami, Port Everglades, Port of Palm Beach and Port Canaveral. Rail sector experience includes most recently a traffic engineering review of a rail segment in Fort Lauderdale, surveying for a segment of Central Florida rail, FEC rail and numerous Tri-Rail stations in South Florida.
