Emerald Bay Resort
Great Exuma, Bahamas
Miller Legg prepared a master plan for the Emerald Bay Resort in Great Exuma, Bahamas. The master plan provides infrastructure and parcel development for several hotel resort projects, such as a Four Seasons Resort (now Sandals), and the Grande Isle Villas, a high end luxury villa project.
The resort includes a Greg Norman Golf Course, a marina, and oceanfront residential lots. The scope of work also included infrastructure design, water treatment plant design, landscape design for the roadways and hotel properties, entrance features, pedestrian walkways, signage, lighting and irrigation.
The 280-key Four Seasons Resort is part of the 700-acre Emerald Bay golf resort development in Great Exuma, Bahamas. The resort features a Greg Norman-designed oceanfront golf course, deep slip marina and residential community.
The oceanfront resort includes bay house residences, oceanfront villas, casino, feature swimming pool, kid’s club and lush tropical gardens.

The City of Miami Morningside Park created an expanded and improved tennis facility at this 42-acre Park. The project included improvements to an existing seven (7) courts that had experienced degradation due to drainage and soil stabilization issues. A new court layout was developed to increase the facility to eight (8) lighted courts and a warm-up training wall amenity. Other tennis improvements included upgraded lighting, fencing ad shaded bench area.
