Memorial Regional Hospital Design Build (D/B) Parking Garage & Public Roadway Improvements
Miller Legg provided site development design services for a new 7-story, 1,302-space parking garage located at Johnson Street and Garfield Street on the Memorial Regional Hospital campus in Hollywood. The parking garage included 570,330 SF of parking garage space, ground-floor retail, a courtyard, an auditorium, and hospital staff training room and offices. Associated off-site roadway and signal improvements were provided on Johnson Street along with roundabout modifications on Garfield Street at 35th Avenue.
