The scope included planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, certified arborist, surveying and SUE, structural, electrical and geotechnical engineering as well as permitting, opinion of probable cost and limited construction administration. Permitting was coordinated with the City of Miami, Miami-Dade County DERM, WASD and SFWMD. Survey services included boundary and topographic and tree inventory.

The passive Park contains a shaded/fenced children’s playground, dog run, shared pedestrian / bicyclist perimeter path, light bollards, benches, pedestrian pole lighting, irrigation, water fountain, bike racks, receptacles, hardscape furniture, access driveway and perimeter privacy walls. Miller Legg assisted the City with the presentation of conceptual designs at Community Meetings to gather public input for a final design.
